Jessica is an artist and community organizer from Sioux City, Iowa. Her work explores themes of adventure, creativity, and mental health with funky characters that travel through time and space. She specializes in creating murals, ink drawings, acrylic paintings, and digital illustrations. Live painting at concerts allows Jessica to combine her love of live music, painting, and performing for an audience.

Along with her artwork, she is involved with organizing events around the Midwest and in her community. She is on several local event committees including the Alley Art Festival, Gallery in the Sky, Big Deck Energy, and Saturday in the Park. She is also on the board of directors of the Community Built Association.

Jessica’s home base is her studio in the Art SUX Gallery, which she shares with fellow artist/Partner In Crime, Kitty Hart. Together they create artwork and ideas for community engagement. Follow along with Gathering Seeds to stay up to date on their ongoing community projects.
